Lead, SAP Master Data Goverance
The Sr Specialist, Labeling Design is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving the use of the corporate ERP system and other critical business software applications through various means, including Master Data Governance, process improvement initiatives, enhancements, and user training.

What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for collaboration between technical and business partners for Master Data Governance related efforts, as well as the primary point of contact for collaboration with TAH/TC Global Data Governance team. Responsible for Master Data Governance activities that enable leveraging data as an asset at Terumo Neuro. Job duties:
- Responsible for management of core Master Data objects such as Material, Customer, Vendor, etc., to ensure data integrity across ERP system and other applications.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audits, and data validation, while strictly adhering to master data rules, procedures, and governance.
- Analyze, review, and approve requests to create or change Master Data objects (e.g., Materials, Customer, Vendors, Financial, and Operational) for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the effort and act as a single point of contact for mass data loads.
- Work with, support, and provide guidance to Data Specialists to ensure all Master Data activities are performed timely, accurately, and with good team spirit.
- Collaborate with various functions in the creation and implementation of new or revised processes that affect Master Data.
- Define requirements for new or improved business reporting tools related to Master Data.
- Perform root-cause analysis on Master Data related systems problems and recommend or execute corrective action.
The Skills/Experience Needed for the Sr Specialist, Labeling Design
- Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience with key software systems (ERP) in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems with focus on prevention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain positive working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Capable of strategic and tactical engagement.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Salary Range: $120,000-$145,000 (Compensation could be higher based on education, experience and skill sets)
